ORDERS

Q: How long does it take to process my order?
A: Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days. Processing times may be longer during launches, restocks, holidays, or periods of high demand.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations. Please contact us immediately if you need assistance and we will do our best to help before fulfillment begins.

Q: I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
A: Contact us as soon as possible at support@maisoncodex.com. If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to update the address.

SHIPPING

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: International shipping availability may vary by region. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Q: My package says delivered, but I can't find it.
A: Please check with household members, neighbors, building management, or the shipping carrier. Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, MaisonCodex is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Due to the limited nature of our releases, all sales are final.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
A: Contact support@maisoncodex.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the situation and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Q: Will sold-out products be restocked?
A: Not all products will return once sold out. Some releases are limited and may never be restocked.
