PRE-ORDER POLICY

By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Pre-order products are not currently in stock and will be manufactured, produced, or fulfilled at a later date.

Estimated shipping dates are provided as a guideline only and are subject to change. Production schedules, manufacturing timelines, customs processing, and shipping delays may impact delivery dates.

Payment is collected at the time the pre-order is placed.

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order may be held until all items are available for shipment unless otherwise stated.

Due to the made-to-order or limited-release nature of pre-orders, all pre-order sales are considered final.

In the event of significant delays or circumstances that prevent fulfillment, MaisonCodex reserves the right to provide updates, alternatives, store credit, or refunds at its sole discretion.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that shipping timelines are estimates and not guarantees.
