Due to the limited nature of our releases, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or buyer's remorse. Please review all sizing information carefully before placing your order.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@maisoncodex.com.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If a return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

EUROPEAN UNION ORDERS

For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, customers may have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receiving the item in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

REFUNDS

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing after the refund has been approved. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
